Hotel Rooms Rules for staying/visiting guests:
1. Smoking inside rooms is not permitted. Please smoke near window in corridor or outdoors for allowing smoke to ventilate out.
2. Consumption of Alcohol is not permitted in the premises.
3. Valid id in accordance with local laws is essential for stay at the hotel. Please share ID with us at time of check-in.
4. Adult unmarried couples are allowed. ID and Phone no. of both adults shall be collected at the time of check-in. They must ascertain that they have shared their IDs and phone no. in check-in register and are adults (above 18 years of age) consciously entering the hotel. They implicitly declare that both guests have conscious judgement and that their stay is not in violation of any law or rights of any person. They further declare that they are not involved in any illegal trade or any activity violative of the dignity of women and children.
5. Minors are permitted only when accompanied by their legal guardian/parents.
6. Only vegetarian meals are provided at the hotel.

1. Room reservation is subject to availability. Please confirm availability by calling us before making payment. Reservation will be confirmed after payment.
Privacy Policy:
1. Data such as name, phone no., id/aadhaar no., address, date of check-in, check-out, payment credentials, etc. collected at the time of booking/check-in is noted in online encrypted storage as well as in manual register.
All data will be kept safe and shall not be shared with any third party except in case of requirement under a government/court order.
Refunds/Cancellations:
1. Refund is processed within 7 days for all cancellations of bookings directly made with us or through our website. For bookings through other channels such as GoIbibo, MMT, Oyo, Booking.com, refund is processed through respective channel partner.
2. A cancellation fee of Rs. 200/- per room night is charged for cancellations within 2 days of check-in date. Free cancellation is provided for cancellation requests received 2 days prior to date of check-in. For bookings made through online partner channels, respective cancellation fee as per their policy is charged through them.
3. 100% payment will be refunded if we are unable to provide you room according to your reservation due to any exigency that may arise.
Pricing:
1. Pricing is displayed on homepage/landing page of chainbai.in, and is updated regularly every month.
Shipping policy:
1. No service is shipped to customer address. Food and lodging are available at hotel address only.

Chainbai Palace is a small hotel cum restaurant located at 11, Ram Nagar, Paldi Meena, Agra Road, Jaipur - 302031. It is a sole proprietorship property owned by Smt. Rajesh Devi Meena W/o Sh. Ram Bhajan Meena.
